For at least 60 years People have been coming up with explanations for why young people these days are full of dread and malaise and disillusionment and some of their reasons are plausible but they keep changing so i think it’s worthwhile to seriously consider two (not mutually exclusive) “null hypotheses”, either that people are predisposed to perceiving more dread and malaise and disillusionment than actually exists or that young people are predisposed to dread and malaise and disillusionment
