Currently working on an esoteric libertarian doctrine where if you eat someone you get to claim their stuff.

You see, libertarian theory is based on self-ownership, the idea that you own your own body.  Then you have to extend that to how you can own pieces of the world to get property rights.

The thing about self-ownership is that you are constantly adding to yourself, by eating things.  So you analogize that to the idea of mixing labor, you combine pieces of the ground with yourself in order to claim ownership of it.

If the land you own contains a tree, then you own that tree. If a tree grows on your property, then you own that tree too.  Therefore, when mixing your labor, you can claim things that were part of but grown out of the things you own.  Therefore, when you eat someone, you get to appropriate things that have grown out of them, like their property.

Now that doesn’t mean that aggression is not a thing. If you violate the laws, you murder someone, and then eat them, then that property can be reclaimed in a court of law.  But if you kill someone in defense of self or property, or just find their body, and eat them, you get to claim their property.

this is the diametric of DSA urban collectivist “if you’re hit by a car you should own that car“
