The thing about boats is

  • You can basically handle a slow boat fine drunk if you’re used to handling them sober
  • Who wants to spend time boating sober after they can first afford a boat at 45?

    Drunk boating is illegal for a good reason. Too many people don't go slow, and they can easily kill other people.
