Jesus, just realized some tapping I’ve been hearing out the window is not in fact insulators on the new power lines knocking together in the wind like I thought but the homeless guy in a tarp-shack on the sidewalk rhythmically banging something.
Well, I guess it helps keep the block to himself, that would be maddening to live next to
