Well she presumably put them back in the folders and filed them away. This would’ve been Philadelphia in the 70s.

I am reading a book on the CIA “THE CIA AS ORGANIZED CRIME” which delves deep into the orgs origin and development and the establishment of operation phoenix and etc through interviews with former CIA upper management and other individuals and MKultra pops up often and his name in context with it.. But it also appears in passing in other contexts. So… Make of that what you will hah.
