Ah, fuck, I woke up to pee at 7, thought I might as well feed Badger, and took my morning iron, which meant when I was out yard working until 9 (it stays visible that late now!) this evening I was pushing it and I could compensate at the cost of some strain, but then the “fatigue doesn’t clear” kicked in and now my fucking spine is sore
