So the iron-hunger I originally figured out because the first few days I just threw more creatine at it but it continued to drag me down and I was in the supermarket going by the butcher counter and I was like “haven’t had any red meat in a while! [gears grinding] Wait a second, do I have anemia?”
So I grabbed some iron from the vitamin aisle and sure enough, that cleared it.
