Huh, so the “fat edge of overweight” to “plain overweight” transition I just completed was largely about going from belly to stomach – at the plain overweight stage I hold all the fat as a single boule mounted on the abdomen, it’s in the progression beyond this that the adjacent flesh gets soft, the body distributes fat to the flanks and to pockets blistered upon the taut core mass.

So slimming in the opposite direction felt as a draining of waters around this central mass, this completed the exposed core felt, reasonably, as full and taut as it could be.

But, also reasonably, as things continue to progress, it doesn’t.
