I kinda suspect what’s happening with my back rn is the second case energy fatigue as my creatine wears down overnight combined with the third case blood pressure issues that don’t get as much blood circulating when I’m still make it so that the little muscles of my back don’t have energy to make little adjustments and weight shifts to ward off petty sorenesses and then the 7th case fatigue duration boost makes sure I’m still feeling that after I wake up
