How’s your sleep quality since the anxiety reduction, and what was it like before? I suspect that a lot of what you’ve got going could be related to getting high quality sleep and your endocrine system finally functioning in a non-stress state

Definitely better, quicker to fall asleep, more reliable and comfortable sleep for 8 hours (the new mattress helps too!)
