So before the Covid stuff even started had been appreciating how acetaminophen (Tylenol) muted minor discomforts in a way that helped me fall asleep but its liver toxicity was worrying for every-night use, but aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil) didn’t affect me the same. But eventually I found naproxen (Aleve) fit the bill.
