So as it stands, maintaining standard energy takes around 5g of creatine and 100% RDV of iron every 16 hours, but otherwise no more mental or movement-related issues anymore. Since the iron stuff was new I guess this counts as a “long covid” episode in its own right, my third and mildest.

Also note creatine does not by itself give me energy, it just enables me to convert stored fat into energy at a higher rate, so to the extent I’ve been using it instead of aerobically generated energy from blood sugar this last year it means that on top of remaking my personality and prerational nature to optimum, driving me to more regular physical activity and building more muscle per unit of work Covid is also burning fat like no one’s business, on a drive, apparently, towards making me some kinda hunk
