Reasons I had wanted to be Jewish as a child

1. All the Jewish families had at least one wall of their houses covered in bookshelves
2. All the Jewish families seemed to respect their children and take them seriously
3. There was the “A-BWOO, A-BWOO, I NEVER GOT TO MEET MY BUBBYE WHO DIED IN THE HOLOCAUST” thing and do you know what I would’ve given to have no extended family?
