Hm, some weirdness in motion that's kind of like on acid, a thin layer of depersonalization, and even a La Croix-level tint of delirium. I guess the obvious possibility would be that I caught COVID again a week or two back and this is the "echo" phase where previous cases' symptoms return mildly. Now that I mention it there's a mild 2nd case-style fatigue, too. This leaves me at from a confident 3 up to possibly 6 cases in life since 2020 started.
