Have been kinda confused, doing some things I haven’t in a while – sitting all day without thinking do go out, letting new packages pile up unemplaced in the front room, being told I’m posting “like 2017”, a little mini-manic energy a few days ago
I really I think that when that last mania brought the anxiety back and the old personality (substantially a complement to that) came back, it may not have fully left with the anxiety. Which is interesting, I can follow some more pessimistic trains of thought through but then set them aside and not fixate or have to counterbalance.
