one time i read a fic that kinked on an innocuous experience that did absolutely nothing for me and i could see like, all the ways the author engaged with and conceptualized and related to that innocuous experience that were analogous to the ways i engaged with &c the innocuous experience that i do kink on, and i was thoroughly charmed
