So the only physical issues I have left are some weakness at the knee and elbow joints. Walking that means my strides sometimes land a bit off-target and misaligned with my vector, but now my ankles are strong enough to compensate on their own.

The fingertip sensation issues are back, they actually predate this all, I attributed them to physical trauma and initially thought the arm tingling was an extension of that but then they disappeared in the aftermath. Now it's like it might still be through a dark glass but a totally cleaned and polished one: I now feel all fingertip sensations, no matter how delicate, just at like 50% volume, and there is extremely mild, almost quotative tingling that can reach 2 knuckles up

And the mental issues are completely gone, and the energy drain shows up a bit at the end of a month upsetting my creatine balance, so okay!

Oh, and the left elbow and shoulder are still a little iffy from where I forced them backwards breaking a stumble, but that's clearing.

Also I'm not quite smooth enough around the waist/lower back to directly convert the momentum from one left-right stride to another while I'm maneuvering around things so when I'm not walking in straight lines I'm still a bit stuttery

This is, retrospectively, why my walking before was so twirly and often involved walking into things and pressing off to reverse direction – the flatfooted walking made some kinds of momentum shifts difficult to execute directly.
