So yeah it’s not just the bisexual my-own-arousal-is-hot effect or even just more optimistic evaluation of stuff, it’s related to all the other blood pressure things, mediated by smooth muscle tonus I’m guessing, but to add to the list of ways the whole personality change experience was just absurdly rewarding, my erections are appreciably thicker and harder now.
