Legitimately unclear if something about the personality change made my erections thicker and harder, like lowered anxiety->decreased vasoconstriction->improved blood flow, or the bisexuality making “having an erection” a source of arousal in its own right, or if the anxiety and mood thing just means I’m making a more optimistic mental model of my penis from the same input
