So apparently there’s a Child’s Play TV series now?? and there were posts going around making fun of like, Chucky saying he had a genderqueer kid, like how 2020s!

Like yeah, the 80s slasher franchise where the single mom gets a yuppie love-replacement doll for the boy she has to raise alone, which manifests a dual threat of him proving a psychopathic “bad seed” OR that her attempts to provide a substitute father figure just invite fatal threat into the household, would be a real shame to bring issues of gender and childraising into that
