So wait, are those clamps holding onto the bomb… magnetic?

Can’t be, a field strong enough to hold on at that angle through acrobatics would fry the seeker electronics. Then again, if it was designed for dumb bombs and the guidance package shielded to begin with… 🧐

The clamp-looking things are just there to keep the bomb from wiggling around in flight. The thing that actually holds it to the aircraft is a pair of eyelets in the top of the casting, which mate with retaining devices above.
