Yeah okay the feet are back under control through the metatarsals, I can distinguish what’s an issue of ankle/arch now

There was a jumble of stuff in the sink and I just reached my hands in, shuffled around partly by feel, grabbed what I want, and extracted it and only it from the mess. I would not have had the manual dexterity to do that until this week.
