To everyone who’s concerned about me barebacking this experience without professional medical judgment, it’s important to note that while the day-to-day experience is peaks and valleys, the long-term trend has clearly been back towards normalcy, it feels like I was knocked back to a second grade-level command of my body and emotions around April 2020 and I’ve been recovering about one grade level a year of capability since (while running off of memory of full capacity, so more uneven and rougher but in some ways more advanced than the first time around)
