See on the one hand I get that your self-calibration and -motivation’s good enough that a PT wouldn’t help much, but on the other hand you just realized what “lift with your legs” means a few months back. There’s a reason athletes have other people help them fine-tune their biomechanics, and it’s not because they don’t know their own bodies

I recalibrated my stride by thinking about it hard.
