In what I have now realized was part of my hometown’s gentrification cycle in the ‘80s-'90s there was this ice cream/coffee shop downtown called “Coffee & Cream” that sold multiple particular huge glass jars of beans years before Starbucks and had a great business model for the county seat courthouse daytime/capital of a growing ex/suburban empire nighttime
