Stuck for the last week unable to sleep more than 5 hours in a row, which is perfectly calibrated to fuck you up
It has been years since I regularly slept more than 5 hours in a row. I don’t think I’ve slept for more than 4 hours straight in months. And I don’t feel fucked up all the time. So it could be the quality of your sleep rather than the timing that is fucking you up.
The issue is it gives me like 12 hours of wakefulness energy, so either I’m really tired for 7 hours or I go to bed for another 5, and 17-hour cycles are inconvenient
