Actually this reminds me of the Usenet/FTP/email-era “Frequently Asked Questions” document format.

Which was, originally, a log of answered questions that kept getting asked, so answers could be resent without recomposing, or questioners could even be pointed to a standing document.

By the time I came along in the mid-90s it had kinda become a rhetorical questioning technique for laying out explainers, with the Qs not really FA but projected by the author, this is how the game guide site ended up called GameFAQs

I think the “101” of “Feminism 101” can be clocked as an extension of that spirit too, maybe bring it back. Thing is it effectively requires a consensus.
