I still take his side there – his “behavior” was an awfully self-aware variant of celebrity-bizarre and ultimately the thing the whole system tried to cast him as “crazy” for was, after several patient years of direct exposure, deciding that the creative mind behind Dharma & Greg, Two and a Half Men, and The Big Bang Theory did not particularly deserve his respect, even if the guy’s projects did make money.
