I hate that you're right about Portland but you are and I think a lot of people who aren't from here don't get right what exactly is wrong with it. There are startups here and you can go work at them like it's the bay area. People move here not with the intent to live here, but to work here. I used to walk around at random and often I would be the only pedestrian on wide and empty sidewalks, dodging cars with one person driving.
How long has that been the Portland Area all along tho
