The rib’s back to baseline, makes me realize that the original time I cracked it I thought it was painful irony that immediately afterwards I got phlegmy sick such that every now and then to clear my airways I had to breathe all the way out, then in and then sharply cough out, which was extremely painful. But having seen this milder time I think injuring it might make me cough more

because I take shallower breaths and don’t clear out all the volume of air and especially the moisture? At the very least I’m definitely appreciating more the teams that have to keep lungs working in unconscious and immobilized people.
