I remember a US sabotage manual for forces in leftist regimes recommended winching down power lines, and from the sound of it the limiting factor was how high you could toss a line over, has anyone threaded hi-tension transmission lines with a drone (or shorted them with metal streamers or something), maybe in this last war with Armenia?
