and it was posed as kind of sus, and I actually have flat arches and was like “this isn’t an issue, c'mon”

then I realized I had a much less efficient gait that spent more energy with more pain and fatigue on the march and was like “oh ok”

then I connected that was why I was always twisting my ankles and spraining them carrying loads across uneven ground and eh, I can see that as an issue

then last night my foot bones locked out of alignment like they sometimes do but didn’t flop back out of it, I had to manually pull them back, so with no threat I was randomly immobilized until I could take an action to use my arms to fix it so fine
