Met and talked to a girl from New Zealand. Been hearing a lot of Commonwealth accents around Echo Park, wonder if it’s the exchange rate or something.
Anyway, we talked about our countries and she talked proudly about how New Zealand was so fucking harsh on itself for messing with the Maori, and of course she was politely appalled at America. And Australia, and England.
It’s like look New Zealand is literally the least ethnically cleansed country in the world, if you set the bar above that you’re asking to be disappointed.
