Oh for reference it’s Dialed In!, which was knockoff-themed around SimCity 2000 with the disaster modes themed after Pat Lawlor’s other games (Earthshaker, Whirlwind, etc.)
Announcing the modes on the little in-playfield screen was “Anita Goodman”, who between the face and the big hoop earrings obviously
