Hm, no yeah I’m pretty sure the mania did fire prematurely and proportionately weaker AND it’s doing the “anxiety returns” variant so “proportionately weaker” means I don’t have an anxiety disorder now, but I am able to experience anxiety again (and thus shame, guilt, regret, etc.)
So in totality this is novel - I’m not always finding negative angles to things but I do dwell on particularly unpleasant ones, my outlook for the course of events isn’t really more negative – I don’t see any new threats – but not immune – I’m not as expectant there won’t be threats –and certainly less golden sunshine day positive.
Though I do see a potential for a good future broader than what I thought of as “the sun-dappled clearing”
Also less eye-rolling about people drawing negativity from contemporary trends or events – there’s some bad shit going on!

I’ve been feeling –weird- today, in a way that kind of feels like part of how I do in mania – after seeing that post yesterday about a sense of impending doom as heart attack symptom I almost wonder if it’s done equally prerational sense that my cardiovascular system is operating near peak and not to strain it – I def. had a very strong intuition making coffee to Not Make Too Much.
Also my refractory period is verging on 24 hours these days but I just jerked off twice in two, it honestly feels like my mania tripped after only charging up this much rather than building a full cycle’s head of steam.

Yeah to whoever had been asking about my FUPA, I’m tangibly less plush and more firm below the waist now too.
…I mean, like, the groin area, though erections have definitely been thicker and harder since the Covid stuff – I don’t know exactly how that’s mediated by blood pressure, testosterone levels, general personality traits or specifically sexuality (some of it is “a dude having an erection” is hot now, even if it’s me), all of which changed.
