When I’m going up I go 1 at a time so i avoid bending the bad knee. On the murderstairs (we ahve two staircases) I go up only and only on all fours. Those stairs don’t even HAVE rails. And they’re very steep. Hence their name. Servants’ stairs hunger for blood.
